- This is a review of the Galliera GM and a comparison to the Delightful GM.
The Galliera GM has been discontinued by LV and can be only be purchased pre-loved (in the US). It is a great hobo style bag with Alcantara lining which gives it structure. It is about the same size as the Delightful GM.

I know what you mean about the Artsy - it's a very attractive bag. I've had bags that were attractive, looks good on display but impractical so I seldom used it so I'm still on the fence if I should purchase the Artsy. Thanks for your response.
Great review just purchased my first LV bag and was worried about the size of the Galliera but your review put me at ease. It’s a nice bag!
Hi. Great video. I have the Galliera pm for 2 years now and I have put invisible shield screen protector for cell phone on the rings to avoid the black marks and I never had any black marks again. Before, ii use to erase the marks with an eraser and it dried up the vachetta. LMB is ok too but it will darken the vachetta over time. I love my galliera. Just wanted to share my experience with everyone. Congrats on the bag.
How did you get the Galliera? I have the GM also, and when I took it in for a sort of repair they said it was D/C. The buckle on mine turns the strap black. I love this bag the only problem I have with it, I have to always put it down if I need to get something out. Example. If Im at safeway check out I cant just reach in and get stuff out, I have to put it on the counter and dig through it.

Fantastic review and video! I have a replica Galliera GM (looks almost the same as the authentic). I paid $200 for it. I'm saving up for an authentic LV.

Good review. I did not realize the Galleria had been discontinued. Must have been recently as I saw one in a LV store this summer.
I have the gal bag and I have to tell you that your spot on when you talk about the markings made by the brass on the bag- mine now had black marks:( I went to lv at south coast plaza to discuss and the only thing they offered was repiping for $500.00
hobo-style bags really suit you!! how happy i was when you held up the galliera..its gorgeous!! one thing i love about this bag is the beautiful alcantara lining and the design of the flap pocket. and i meant to comment on your delightful video that the kusama wallet was a great addition to your lv family..looks great in your bags...another awesome review dear friend! =)
Great comparison video! I see that you have the Artsy MM as well. Between the Galliera GM and Artsy MM, which do you prefer? I think the Artsy looks prettier but the Galliera may be more practical (magnetic closure, can reach items while on shoulder etc) What do you think? If you could only have 1, which would you get? Great review and comparison between the Galliera GM and the Delightful GM, BJ! The G is my go to bag when it's not raining or snowing, it's so comfy I forget it's on my shoulder! The D very easily slips off my shoulder, and I have to hold it with my hand to keep it up, but otherwise I love that one as well and it feels MUCH bigger than the G because of the wider opening. Great for travel, I guess! Btw my LV shop tells me the G GM is discontinued here in Europe as well, I've given up getting one.

Great comparison video. One question, are the pockets on the front of the delightful really functional or more for decoration ? Are they shallow, can you actual put things in them ?

I love the Galliera but they've discontinued it by the time I can afford one lol I would've lived it in azur size pm, but after seeing this video I'm not sure if I want one now. It seems like high maintenance but I still love the looks!
***** This is a great review and comparison video. i am planning to buy a Galliera PM and the bag does have flower embossed on the feet (like you showed). However, I've checked with some one else and their Galliera does not have the flower on the feet. Could you please tell if the flower is a feature in every Galliera? Thanks! :)
Great comparison video! I was thinking of purchasing the Galliera GM ,sad it's discontinued by LV. I own the Delighful GM and think its the better choice after watching your video. We're planning a trip to Europe soon though and will pop into LV while there and see if they still carry it in their store. The Galliera looks great on you! I've looked at galleria for a while. Trying to decide if I wanted it or the delightful. I found one pre-loved for about $1399. What made you sell it?
A Renee I had the GM and over the last couple of years I have downsized quite a bit in terms of what I carry.....so this bag was too big for what I needed.
QUESTION! What is your date code? I don't have proof of purchase because I purchased my GM off Poshmark-will LV still do it for me with out me having the receipt!? Date code is VERY hard to read but is SD4028 but mine marks SOOOOO bad and I've been using an eraser but I want them changed out! Also someone had a great idea of just purchasing a phone clear wrap and using the wrap around the rings!!!! It actually works! But just wondering if you had any idea regarding if any LV store would be willing to replace my rings on the bag? WOULD LOVE A RESPONSE!!!!
Hi bj just wanted to ask is the galliera pm comparable in size to delightful mm or neverfull mm? Is galliera gm same with neverfull gm as well? I have the nf gm so if galliera gm is same size with it i can go for the pm galliera
The Galliera GM is approximately the same size as the Neverfull GM. The NF GM is wider in depth. It may appear larger because it is more structured and does not fold in like the NF GM can The Galliera PM is approximately the same size as the NF MM and the Delightful MM but again it is structured and doesn't fold in like a hobo style .

I am on the hunt for a new bag I love my Delightful but one thing that is annoying is the strap always slips off my shoulder :/
Also, how do you clean your bags with this lining? All three of my lv bags have this same lining and it gets very dirty very ez:(
I really enjoy your videos!!! I just purchased a GM in the Damier Azur from a preloved website. Im praying all goes well. I know I paid way too much for it. I was little apprehensive purchasing the GM because its so big and purchasing from a preloved website. Should I use the loving my bags before using the bag? It was listed as new.
Forbidden 1 It is a personal choice :) I do use LMB or Apple Garde to protect vachetta from water spots and stains.

I still have the delightful GM and I have no issues with it staying on my shoulder . I sold the Galliera GM when I started downsizing to smaller bags, but I didn't really have an issue with that bag either. Maybe it is the way I carry with the bag behind my elbow.

At the time the video was made, you could still find the Galliera. Now I doubt you can find it anywhere.
A seller on one of my groups is selling an amazing galleria in DE abd it’s beautiful but double the price of any DA or mono as it’s so rare . I love my pm but the gm would bury me and hurt my shoulder . My pm has the rings with plastic sleeves.

which cleaner?? there r a few on the site. I ordered a pre loved galliera gm and I saw ur review and u mentioned the brass rings leaving dark marks so I wanna be prepaired haha
I bought a kit especially for Vachetta - three products - it's in the video on cleaning. I believe they have reformulated and changed the kit since I made the video. If you call LMB they were very helpful on which product to choose.

The MK bag is much smaller than the Galliera GM. If it is the right size for you and you like it, then choose it :) I am a big fan of Michael Kors.
