I love Camden because I love John Wieland the builder. They have a reputation of quality work. Look at my videos on another Huntersville community called Olmsted that was built by John Wieland as well.
@Itsme-jd6dh Most of the new construction communities are only found on the builders websites. But you need to do your research on the different builders because they are not the same at all. I have done my research and I only put the builders on my channel that I know produces the best product and have great customer service before and after a client closes on their new home. So just do your research.😊
