we did both po. nag crame rin kami with my sis, i drove her there and helped her. ok rin po. mahirap lang pag walang sasakyan there kasi medyo malayo pag lakad lakad paikot sa kampo.

cant really remember but on endorsement, we leave it blank naman. you can email NM BON regarding that. also someone told me the company who handles criminal background check for them changed. i’m not updated regarding that. sorry.
Hi confirm ko lang for all states, same process for fingerprinting except po sa kung anung vendor ang pwede sa state na yun? for example po sa akin sa montana, nagtry ako sa lefora, wala ako makita na nag DIY ng montana at nagshare ng process nila specifically for fingerprint :-(
Did you post na ba sa group regarding your concern? Iba iba per state. Pag NM sa Gemalto, pag sa iba state iba nanaman. Try mo mag post, im sure may sasagot nyan.
nag print lang ako online ng fd forms and accepted naman free download online. Ask ko lang for NM kasi sa nbi diba sila mag assist sayo ng fingerprinting? meron ba pinipirmahan ang officer stamp ng nbi na needed sa fd258 cards? or help lang sila ng proper way to fingerprint? for overseas nurses like me need namin mag punta phil embassy to help with fingerprinting and 1500 php for notarial stamping each card. now if sa pinas walang stamp or signature ang NBI then hindi ko babayaran ung notarial service ng philipine embassy
NBI Taft pwede rin pero malayo sayo. Pwede rin daw po sa police station, although, dami nag sabi na yung iba hindi na daw inaaccept dun. Try niyo nalang po dun. Good luck, Joanna!

Nakalagay po Sir sa out of state instructions na get finger printed then write your registration id at the back of fingerprint card. Hindi ko rin po sure kaya hindi ko na rin po inilagay. And sa video niyo wala rin naman , New Mexico din po kasi ako nag apply for Nclex Sir. Hopefully ok lang na wala yun kasi ipinadala ko na kahpon 🙏

Tinignan ko sa internet, they look similar. Ang alam ko FD 258 ang gamit talaga eh, not sure though. basta for New Mexico and Arizona and other state yan gamit namin.
@@NursePhotographer when you go to the official website kasi for identity summary check something like that pagclick mo sa fingerprint form yung lalabas is FD 1164. Naguguluhan lang kasi ako kung ano gaggamitin badly needed for my Australian Work Visa.

Yes meron sila pinipirmahan para patunay na official ang gumawa at daliri ng applicant yung nandun. pero walang bayad po sa NBI. libre lang rin.
After the comparison, is it safe to use the shopee card or the NM Board if Nursing fd 258 card?
I would not recommend the one from Shopee if it's not safe for use. We already used it for license endorsement. It's all good.

Yeah pwede dun as yung iba yun ginawa or minsan sa local police station mo, not sure lang kung pwede parin yun ngayon.
