Mary had been too career-conscious to think of marriage and, at the age of 31 years, was thought of as a spinster. They met in June 1940, at 11 Scargreen Avenue, West Derby, the McCartney family home. ....SOME people are confused as to WHAT exactly was the controversy as discussed in the interviews - WELL, the video to 'All My Trials' featured homeless people living in shop doorways and cardboard boxes in London AND Liverpool and all over the UK...while multi-millionaires live nearby - and also the British National Health Service is financed by taking money from our wages each week ....yet there are huge queues even for basic health care and surgical procedures and operations ...with many people dying before they can be treated or even being refused treatment due to the high cost of the drugs needed to treat them.....
Here in the USA even if one has health insurance, the care is dicey w long waits, endless tests and drs just out for themselves & big pharma. Sad state of affairs in 2023.

It's scary that it's now more than 30 years since "All My Trials" and Britain is having similar problems... Even before the pandemic.
