Kinda starting to agree with the east Asian countries' recent take, they are putting massive fines and possible jailtime for cheating in games. Mob rule is never good. You need hard proof, not emotional investment of assuming. Think about what you are showing a judge and jury, would it actually convince them and is there explainations...this guy I think is a 100% cheater. There are others that get accused based off nothing, but emotional children mad.

That's aimlock\aimbot.. Now that he's got a Webcam on his screen he's using aimlock to find people. He probably legit checked down towards ultra but when he went to shoot the first guy he hits the toggle and his crosshair automatically targets the closest enemy who happens to be the guy on the right that you can't see yet... the "third".. its a dead giveaway that he's using a toggle to aimlock players... thats how he's finding people.. he hits his toggle and his scope will automatically target an enemy. So when he pushes toggle and his crosshair automatically moves.. theres a player in range.. this works through walls and objects... its a nail in the coffin.. hes 100% using cheats.

Absolutely, the issue is not that he is a cheater it is that he got banned on his other account but is now playing all day on another and is not getting banned by BSG so the community is trying to nail him down in a hope that he gets banned again. Either his cheats are not detected yet or he is going to hit in the next ban wave, the issue is when you have a known cheater streaming for weeks on end it adds to the general frustration of the "cheater" situation as a whole. I feel like these sort of players should be manually banned just for the optics alone.

DMA, direct memory access cards I believe are used to process real time memory data on your computer. So all the in game info your pc receives to tell your game where other players are can be read by this device. It's used to get around the encryption of that data, which would normally be processed by your CPU. Many anti cheat systems monitor your CPU processing for cheats that are made to decode that info, but having a separate device to do it helps them evade detection.
Remember “Pro” esports players are willing to play with hidden cheats inside of the memory of their peripherals.. while at lan tournaments where u always have someone checking on you and breathing on ur neck.. cheats like smoothly and slowly snaping to the enemy players thru the walls so you have an idea if on that side there is someone or not and much more.. with this small example I dont even want to think what and how much more someone can achieve confortably from home even with a headcam on..
I think summit kind of knows that toast is bullshitting him the whole time, and I think part of why he was so fair to toast was because he is a big streamer and he doesn’t want to 1.alienate his audience who are “anti drama” 2. He doesn’t want people harassing toast or brigading him, cuz that is a bad look for a big streamer regardless of who it is. But toward the end summit says something along the lines of “I think we’ve heard all that we need to”. 35:50 I was here when summit said this. I watched the clip with him and chat. There is no possible way the microphone was offset. Listen to the clip, listen to the context beforehand. He reacts after most things, then he speaks about the guy he sees showing up, BEFORE HE SHOWS UP?! So what? His mic magically went out of sync in between the first two guys showing up, and the third guy he calls out that ISNT IN THE OPEN? We heard no audible desync, there is no blip for sound cuts that would happen if a mic randomly becomes out of sync. Plus it doesn't make sense for him to REACT to everything verbally, just to PREDICT verbally the third guy.
If a game has come to this point where streamers are cheating and there's TONS ofplayers chetaing and acting like they dont cheat then i think its time to move on. Ive literally found out that 4 of people ive played with the past few years have cheated using walls and loot tables.

i love me some cheater investigation videos and have been watching them for years a lot of the time they will say stuff like "i die as well", "i miss a lot of shots", or basically anything that average or below average players can related to. a common thing they do if they get into a call with someone to share their screen is to delete seemingly random things out of no where and its a 50/50 if they try and go the "idk what that is, but im only just now deleting it" route with tarkov it seems lag and bitrate seem to be a pretty common thing they will claim as well, even though they seemingly have the hardware and internet to achieve "professional" quality on twitch i've also been through some pc/desk setups, helped with multiple friends through many iterations of their own, if they wanted something to be arranged a certain way it was always 100% possible, if they have an issue with a game or obs or whatever its fixable if someone tries to pull bitrate/performance cards then they better have less than 10upload and hardware that is 7+ generations old, if they try and pull any audio or "i cant get my webcam to see everything" cards then they are actively thinking about excuses and leaving them how they are

To be fair, he is definitely 100% cheating. The dude tracking people with lock-on through walls and foliage is the proof. However, my PC is 10 years old with only an NVidia 980GTX installed. My MOBO is an Asus X99-A. In my Device Manage, I also have a DMA controller. I definitely know DMAC's can be used to cheat, but I don't think having 1 is 100% proof of cheats.
I've loved games all my life. I'm now 36. I honestly can't bring myself to play FPS games anymore, it's so horrendous. I honestly feel like accounts need tieing to real life ID's that carry a fine if caught cheating (with differing levels of severity ofc). i have a "DMA" in my device manager in the same location and i 100% know the only things installed in my PC are a 4070ti, and a few NVME drives with a RYZEN 7 5800x and 32gb of ram. Well Summit is the gaslighter that gaslights gaslighters. The entire time he was communicating to Toast, Sum was just asking questions, "why were you at that spot", "why did you say OH before seeing the guy" etc etc. Most of which Toast couldn't answer because he was literally only trying to get his well rehearsed excuses across to Summit and even then, Summit heard what he had to say and asked Toast to elaborate on the few answers he gave because he wasnt buying it, not because he 'actually wanted to understand' Toasts POV. We also all heard how pathetic Toasts excuses are, when he tried to cover up the Device Memory thing in Task Manager - "I dont see it in task manager.. MAYBE IT WAS NEVER THERE" - but we all saw it.. He got nervous and slipped up Its literally the worst thing he could have said in that moment because knows he has a VOD and can make clips.. so why say "maybe it was never there" when he could have easily taken 2 seconds and 1 mouse click to clip it and confirm that "IT WAS NEVER THERE" if he genuinely believed that nothing was ever there. *Lies are only as effective as they seem to the people they're being told to* - Myself (2024)

Remember “Pro” esports players are willing to play with hidden cheats inside of the memory of their peripherals.. while at lan tournaments where u always have someone checking on you and breathing on ur neck.. cheats like smoothly and slowly snaping to the enemy players thru the walls so you have an idea if on that side there is someone or not and much more.. with this small example I dont even want to think what and how much more someone can achieve confortably from home even with a headcam on..
i used to play with summit, and sometimes mike (shroud) in the cs source days i alwaaaaaaaaaays had weird feelings about summit.
I think summit kind of knows that toast is bullshitting him the whole time, and I think part of why he was so fair to toast was because he is a big streamer and he doesn’t want to 1.alienate his audience who are “anti drama”
2. He doesn’t want people harassing toast or brigading him, cuz that is a bad look for a big streamer regardless of who it is.
But toward the end summit says something along the lines of “I think we’ve heard all that we need to”. And I think he’s also kind of letting toast keep spinning bullshit and lying to kind of let toast hang himself with his own rope so to say. He keeps kind of egging toast on to elaborate on all his lies which makes toast lie more.
Idk I could be wrong, I don’t really watch summit or know him, so I don’t really know what he’s like at all. But it really seems like he’s using a lot of subtext in this video. And maybe language and cultural differences is why bad scav couldn’t pick up on that

35:50 I was here when summit said this. I watched the clip with him and chat. There is no possible way the microphone was offset. Listen to the clip, listen to the context beforehand. He reacts after most things, then he speaks about the guy he sees showing up, BEFORE HE SHOWS UP?! So what? His mic magically went out of sync in between the first two guys showing up, and the third guy he calls out that ISNT IN THE OPEN? We heard no audible desync, there is no blip for sound cuts that would happen if a mic randomly becomes out of sync. Plus it doesn't make sense for him to REACT to everything verbally, just to PREDICT verbally the third guy.

a lot of the time they will say stuff like "i die as well", "i miss a lot of shots", or basically anything that average or below average players can related to. a common thing they do if they get into a call with someone to share their screen is to delete seemingly random things out of no where and its a 50/50 if they try and go the "idk what that is, but im only just now deleting it" route
with tarkov it seems lag and bitrate seem to be a pretty common thing they will claim as well, even though they seemingly have the hardware and internet to achieve "professional" quality on twitch
i've also been through some pc/desk setups, helped with multiple friends through many iterations of their own, if they wanted something to be arranged a certain way it was always 100% possible, if they have an issue with a game or obs or whatever its fixable
if someone tries to pull bitrate/performance cards then they better have less than 10upload and hardware that is 7+ generations old, if they try and pull any audio or "i cant get my webcam to see everything" cards then they are actively thinking about excuses and leaving them how they are

The issue with the mic delay excuse is the rest of the clip is in sync and it wouldn't just desync in the 3 ms span without a audible noise where it bugged out. And not everyone is easily gas lit by people

To be fair, he is definitely 100% cheating. The dude tracking people with lock-on through walls and foliage is the proof. However, my PC is 10 years old with only an NVidia 980GTX installed. My MOBO is an Asus X99-A. In my Device Manage, I also have a DMA controller. I definitely know DMAC's can be used to cheat, but I don't think having 1 is 100% proof of cheats.
I've loved games all my life. I'm now 36. I honestly can't bring myself to play FPS games anymore, it's so horrendous. I honestly feel like accounts need tieing to real life ID's that carry a fine if caught cheating (with differing levels of severity ofc). Its very hard to gaslight the 1G. You know how in John Wick they say "John Wick isnt the boogyman, he's the one you call to kill the boogyman".. Well Summit is the gaslighter that gaslights gaslighters. The entire time he was communicating to Toast, Sum was just asking questions, "why were you at that spot", "why did you say OH before seeing the guy" etc etc. Most of which Toast couldn't answer because he was literally only trying to get his well rehearsed excuses across to Summit and even then, Summit heard what he had to say and asked Toast to elaborate on the few answers he gave because he wasnt buying it, not because he 'actually wanted to understand' Toasts POV. We also all heard how pathetic Toasts excuses are, when he tried to cover up the Device Memory thing in Task Manager - "I dont see it in task manager.. MAYBE IT WAS NEVER THERE" - but we all saw it.. He got nervous and slipped up Its literally the worst thing he could have said in that moment because knows he has a VOD and can make clips.. so why say "maybe it was never there" when he could have easily taken 2 seconds and 1 mouse click to clip it and confirm that "IT WAS NEVER THERE" if he genuinely believed that nothing was ever there.
