Nonsense, rubbish. In medieval Russia castration was used very rarely, was usually spontaneous out of personal revenge and was not enshrined in law, unlike in Europe and Muslim countries. The was no institution of eunuchs in Russia. The usual practice for punishing high-ranking person was to blind them.
