The one that you all have totally missed is this prawn noodle stall at peoples park centre basement foodcourt. Soup has the umami that others dont and the noodles and chili is nice too.. I am a picky eater for prawn noodle as my paternal late grandma used to cook the bestest prawn mee... Try the stall i recommended you wont regret ever!

Kudos to giving negatives review for the second stall! I think previous videos I watched in general tend to be too nice in reviews to those food that are not so good, and spending time salvaging their food by focusing more on the good parts, or just lesser air time for that stall. More to honest reviews if the food is not nice!

The Pek Kio one is really good, there is 2 prawn mee stalls in the Hawker Center though.

Is it Prawn Mee when they only provide one measly piece of prawn? I think it’s $2.50 only cuz they throw in one tiny prawn but give you a big bowl of carbs. Also, very turned off when cooks serve prawns not de-veined - gives a gritty sandy texture and ultimately the prawn is not “clean”

For $4 /bowl the 1st & 2nd stall just not worth wasting my stomach's space.. no kangkong & beansprouts.. that's not even close to old school prawn noodles
