Honestly if I was in the One-Piece world First thing I'd do is search for a devil any devil fruit at all. After that, I'd join the Marines, train and learn armorment haki and once I'm strong enough I'll drop being with the marines. Then set out on an adventure to be king of the pirates.

I'm so lucky that my dad insists on having at least 3 weapons in every bedroom, and double the amount in his where I'm watching (just got done cleaning the house) and there's 10 weapons on the walls right next to me.

You can make that work. Marineford also has civilians, so you can play under that guise and decide your path from there.

His tragic backstory has to do with his brain damage so even he can’t remember it.
Barry was once part of the Fourwalls family in Dressrosa, but tragically got separated from his family when Zoro fought Pica. Then as he searched through the rubble for his family members Fujitora lifted them all into the air. Barry was lucky enough to land on a ship that sailed away but the rest of his family wasn't that fortunate. They lay on the Dressrosa sea floor still today.
Its chopper but he finds himself covered in cement by a 13 year old boy and forced to make videos with the hopes that he will finall escape

The reason I myself chose the Marines' side in that poll is that you get food, money and training facilities. Some mentors too.
Now compare that to being a pirate. Besides you can always switch sides once you get strong enough.

I got a difficult one cause I’m in sabaody while yes Rayleigh is there and shakky but at the same time I’m nearby celestial dragons I would probably try my hardest to avoid them and try to get shakky or Rayleigh to train me so I can not get capped by fodderand if I’m somewhat lucky I get haki or a fruit.

Drum Kingdom. Almost no clothes on. My cellphone. A bag of exactly 37 apples. First thing I'm doing is getting somewhere warm and buying some nice winter clothes. I'd try to join up working on a merchant vessel as soon as possible to get the hell out of dodge before Blackbeard shows up and goes on a rampage. Then I'd probably keep buying as many fruits and types of fruits as I could and continue traveling back and forth in Paradise on merchant vessels, hoping and waiting that eventually one of my many fruits would become a devil fruit due to being the nearest correct fruit type of some rando with one dying in the Grand Line and making my fortune to retire. Or I guess I could eat it and go bounty hunting, I wouldn't like constantly being on the run as a pirate or doing military stuff.
Oh and I guess I'd warn Dalton about Blackbeard's impending arrival or something like that.

The worst choice will be civilian you'll either get killed by pirates or get bustercalled
Edit:you probably won't t get sent to the grand line and new world if your a marine newbie immediately coby and helmeppo got really good/bad luck being sent to marine hq
Edit 2: plus tekking said you know what's going to happen so just take a day off on marineford day

Well if you know about Jack and Raizo with two years of anticipation, you could lay a trap killing that big mammoth and take his fruit. Since the two Dukes pretty much equal him in power, so you would have the upper hand. Also you could learn swordsmanship from the musketeers and ninjutsu from Raizo. So you could end up as a musketeer ninja mammoth zoan.

You think you’re dead on Germa? I got Little Garden wearing jeans, T-shirt, and no shoes. If I don’t die due to disease or dinosaurs then my only chance is making friends with the giants. At that point I guess I could take the safety the giants provide to get stronger. After that it would be a decision of whether to try to convince Luffy and the gang to keep me on or to go to Elbaf with the Giants.
Learn all of the giant strength techniques or something similar. This is One Piece, so you could basically become the Goku of Little Garden by eating dinosaur meat and training under the giants until your punches have as much force behind them as their's.
I rolled east blue, then cocoyashi village. I’m not feeling great about my starting point but then again maybe I’ll end up being the nakama of the future king of the pirates. Who knows? 🤷♂️

Bruh I have to take a GEOGRAPHY exam in 10 mins. So I decided to visit the GEOGRAPHY IS EVERYTHING channel and I saw a new video uploaded "1 min. ago".

Oh boy, I ended up on fishman island. So immediately it's "oh no! There's a human here and he's gonna try and hurt us or enslave us!" at that point, the king neptunes soilders would imprison me and I'd be interrogated on how I just popped onto their island, and I don't think "the fairy version of christ hemsworth" will be a believable answer. I feel like I would build a relationship with the royal family because I'm not fishist, I want fishmen and merfolk to exist on the surface and live along with humans. And let's because I don't pose a threat to them, they release me. I feel like I would have some good conversations with Neptune and at that point I'd probably just live on fishmen island, the only human to just coexist with merfolk and fishmen. If not that, I'd be faced with two other choices. At this point in time, fishmen island is still white beards territory and Jenbei is still the captain of the sun pirates. I could choose to build repore with either crew and join them, which is what I would probably do. I feel like I would lean more towards the whitebeard pirates so I'll say I become one of whitebeards sons. Now, having all of the information I have about the one piece world, I would have some important decisions to make. Do I save whitebeard and Ace? I would probably try to, but I'm unsure I would be able to convince Ace to not fight blackbeard and I sure as hell wouldn't even try to stop whitebeard from saving him. So they both still die and the crew disbands, I would probably start up my own crew, maybe with some of the other whitebeard pirates I had a bond with or an entirely new crew. You can save Ace if, when Shanks arrive to warn WB about Blackbeard, you snitch where Ace and BB's fight will take place. Shanks and Ace's strength might be enough to defeat BB, so, the WB Pirates will still stand 'til the end.

theres just one thing, while everyone would be freaked out by you popping out of nowhere and that might make them suspect you, fishmen island isnt isolated from humans, pirates pass by literally all the time, it was mentioned even that passing pirates drive fishman island economy, so they wouldnt be surprised to see a human, rather they would probably think you are a pirate that ate some weird devil fruit, they do probably get that fairly often too.

So I ended up in the east in Syrup Village with a pet Boa Constricter. Also, I have several art supplies with me from my desk.
Maybe, I'll sneak on board the Merry after the Syrup Village arc, or maybe I'll try to get involved and join the crew along with or replacing Ussop. Or maybe I'll stay on Syrup Village for a few years to grow up and ride the wave of the new era after Whitebeard's death by setting sail on my own after years of training.

I know I joined late to the party but I just wanted to add one thing. Tekking, I feel it would've been really cool/useful on the 1 to 100 items list you have, to include a booklet on the rokushiki martial art. In the same vein that you have the haki booklet.

if you land at the start of the story (not counting the Luffy flashback at the beginning), it would actually be pretty hard to meet Luffy, since the first panel after the flashback shows him already on his boat, a good distance away from the shore.
Ok, I did this and ended up in the South Blue at the Torino Kingdom. Not great but not terrible either.
My end goal is to become one of the yonko.
When I fall out of the sky onto the island, there are 2 places i could end up: the giant birds' nests or the village below. The birds would probably end up kicking me off the nests and unless I can withstand the fall, I split my skull open and die. If I landed in the village down below, the villagers might be confused at me since I FELL OUT OF THE SKY, but they most likely won't be hostile towards me. The thing about Torino Kingdom is that the war between the birds and the villagers hasn't been resolved, so either way I'm getting attacked by those birds. Even if I get injured, the villagers have good medical knowledge, so I'll probably survive. I want to start getting stronger as soon as possible, so I'll join the hunters and learn their ways. I would also train at the local gym, if available. This will go on for 3 months.
I rolled 3 D20s to determine a few of my attributes after I finish my training on Torino: Strength, Speed, and Haki.
Strength is how much weight you can lift without crumpling like a paper bag, how much damage you can take without crumpling like a paper bag, and how hard you can hit to make others crumple like a paper bag. 1-5 would've been average human strength, 6-10 would've been Luffy's strength when he fought against Alvida, 11-15 would've been Zoro's strength at Alabasta, and 16-20 would've been Luffy's strength after his training at Rusukaina. Keep in mind, this is all accounting for physical strength only: No haki, abilities, techniques, etc. I rolled a 12, so I'm doing pretty good for myself.
Speed is a few things. One is how fast you can travel at will. Another is how fast you can attack at full power in combat. The third is acrobatics, or your ability to contort your body. 1-5 would've been average human speed, 6-10 would've been Zoro's speed when him and Luffy fought Morgan, 11-15 would've been Nami's speed on her waver in Skypeia, and 16-20 would've given one of the Rokushiki, Soru. I rolled a 15, barely missing out on Soru, but still pretty fast.
Haki. This is kinda a tricky one because there's not really a specific way to train haki other than just working on everything else. Of course you have Armament, Observation, and Conqueror's. But since there's nobody around who will teach me haki, I decided to come up with this. This D20 is for your POTENTIAL haki. 1-5 has no haki potential, 6-10 has potential in one aspect of haki (flip a coin, heads is armament, tails is observation), 11-18 has potential in both armament and observation, and finally, 19-20 has potential for all 3 types of haki. You wanna know what I got?
A NAT 20!!!!!!!!!!!!! ALL TYPES OF HAKI!!!!!!!!! HELL YEEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHH!!!!!!!! I'll still have to train them all, BUT WHO CARES!!!!!!!! MAXIMUM POTENTIAL, BABY!!!!!!!!!!
Alright, once I've completed my training, I'll use the 1 million berries to buy a small boat to get off the island. Since there's no islands in close proximity to Torino Kingdom (that I know of), I'll ask one of the villagers if they would like to become my navigator. With my new boat and navigator, I'll set sail for Karate Island. Even with all of my strength, I still need to have the skills to use them properly.
This is a lot of work to write out, so I'll end it off here. I might make this into a series if I have the time, but university's really taking the piss with its exams. I'll see you guys in part 2!
