This was the first channel I came across on my awakening on shifting my mindset from a very negative person that comes from poverty and a negative lifestyle now I meditate and hit the gym 4 days a week and I quit my job 3 years ago to take my business full time and it’s working out for me
Watching this has made me sit here and think deeply about my attitude to people and to life. I realise just how negative I am, how I worry far too much, how stressed out i get over silly things, the way I can lash out verbally hurting people that care for me, push them all away and all because of my childhood. I say to myself grow up that was 45 years ago, people out in the world deal with so much more than I did. I want to be a more spiritual person, I want to be confident in myself, be more caring, not to worry an dont laugh I want God in my life. I shall watch this over and over and hope and pray I can follow the principles and be the person I so dearly want to be.

Don’t give up you guys!! Change is Within your reach! Focusing your attention on good and positive things may be extremely difficult for some at first but if you fight through it you will change the way you think. And that’s when the magic starts to happen.

Positive thinking + Action . People in your life will try to talk you down thinking they are bringing you back to reality. YOU create your reality. Open your heart, use your instincts and be brave. Don't live someone else's idea of what life should be. Be unique. Be you. Then be ready for opportunity and act. Remember it's all about being in your own "niche".
For awhile after finding out I had breast cancer just this year turned me ugly inside and I ended up pushing people away. All the negative thoughts kept me from being the person I truly was and kept me from being happy. It felt like I was caught in a web trying to break free but didn't know how until I started to change my mindset. How could I ever be happy if I always thought I would never be? How will I have love if I thought I was unworthy and damaged? How can I work if I am sick? Ever since I woke up one day and told myself enough and started thinking I can be happy, I will be loved and will heal I have had more positive things come into my life. I do think your way of thinking and believing does impact your future and will bring you more of what you want if you truly believe in it.
Your words actually affect the energy around you. Thinking positive thoughts and speaking positive words we attract positive energy.
