This really needs a 1/4 mile before/after test. In an answer to another question Matt said that this is a 50 horsepower increase throughout the entire RPM range. If that's true then this upgrade will be MUCH better than the Tesla acceleration boost upgrade and would give the car a better 1/4 mile time than a car with the acceleration boost. In my video I analyzed before and after acceleration boost from Tesla and it only provides more horsepower from 0 to 60. After that the horsepower is the same as the standard LR AWD. If interested in my analysis see here--th-cam.com/video/B33syeFwbtU/w-d-xo.html.

Simply changing the position of the screen would not void your warranty. It’s not like your changing connections or messing with the actual display. Does your tv mfg void your warranty because you remove the table stand and hang on your wall w a aftermarket mount? Didn’t think so. The only way they could even say anything is if the mfg actually offered the mount and you decided to go non oem and that actual mount caused the unit to malfunction

Android works in the same way. You will need to select "Stay Connected with No Internet" to keep connected to the device from the notifications. I've had to do this on many wifi enabled devices.
You may also need to disable the Mobile Network (LTE) to allow it to try to talk to the device vs trying to connect to something on your cell phone provider Internet
Warm batteries do make a difference I was able to get a 4.2 on my Stock AWD no accel boost in the past week verified with Draggy

How long will it take before an update from Tesla will break this thing? I mean, just by chance, stuff changes all the times.

I think the refund took so long because it was during covid and they shut down. Not sure these days how long it takes.
For anyone on the fence just buy the Tesla Boost and see if you like it, then just refund it within 48 hrs. You can do the same w FSD. Test it and return if you feel its a waste
