No, this SMG was used as an AR alternative and took skill to use since you tried to hit people far away not close up. The shotgun delay was the killing blow.

The Silenced SMGs took skill because it wasn't used close up as much as at medium range when people are small and actually rewarded precision. Hell, I could hit my shots with it at certain distances better than with a SCAR sometimes.
