i dont know if anybodys gonna read this but im in my first ever show and we perform in less then 48hrs. im so excited!!!!
@Madison and Leah i literally can’t remember which show im talking about but i’ll give you the rundown of both; Mother Hicks (one i was probs talking about) was really good. 2 shows. i made such great friends with the cast. the show was really fun. Bright Star: The Musical was an experience i’ll never ever forget. the music was beautiful. the choreo was so much fun. the cast was literally one huge family. i met my bestfriend during the show and we put our school on the map with it.
so both shows i did last year went great. currently waiting for the castlist to Hairspray The Musical… i auditioned for Penny!

me suddenly remembering the head of the theater department had a totalitarian rule over everyone and never gave me a chance but kept supporting the idea of me doing the musical because he needed yet another boring white girl even though that's what the theater department was mostly made of and also he cast a girl who sang like she couldn't breath but who's parents were his friends as the role I wanted and then tried to guilt trip me when I realized that my mental health was more important than someone's (**cough** his **cough**) opinion of me and decided not to do the musical for the my senior year and in the end it was the best decision I made in all of high school: ........ I mean, I'm pissed off, not gonna lie.... I just want a chance to sing pretty songs 👉👈

PLEASE HELP- I’m auditioning for a musical called “white Christmas” and I don’t know what song to sing! I’m planning on doing “mother knows best (reprise)” it has to be 60-90 seconds long (I’m auditioning for anybody btw and the theater is Christian so no like- songs they wouldn’t like)
