    So many great players have used this tune as a launching point for some amazing solos. Also such a fun melody to play

    I was just thinking how melodical and sweet these particular phrases are, and you say the very same at 13.20. Love the octaves and dissonant tremelo sound. Great video as always thanks Christiaan.

      Yes, Django has an infinite range of sounds, colors and emotions in his playing. From sweet to aggressive and from melodical lines to blazing arpeggios!

    Great video as always. For a future video idea, could you do a lesson on intros and endings to do for gypsy jam tunes at jams or gigs?

    Christiaan I do not know if you are still watching the comments on these old videos but do you have any idea how Django reached those octaves with his hand injury?
