I think an act of forgiveness is better than causing embarassment and Monal Hospital decision needs to be revisted on not owners who are already a lot but those who are to suffer on drop of the jobs and the children will suffer or the state should provide alternative bcs decision affects the employees than the owners and i think monal revialing is necessary and as far as Nature is concerned its not europe to maintain standards its east where people jobs n humanity is much accounted than effects Coming on nature n concerned affecs
I think monal needs to be allowed to reopened or alternative for employees

Honourable Jurist Salman Akram Raja Sab may please be conveyed my concern about some companies outsourcing cash officers and other level of officials to Bank and Corporate sector.Banks upon finding sharing of password by any one expel them out,indiscriminately i.e youths who inadvertently leave their seat while keeping their system opened ( Password Applied).There are large number of youth whose password was shared but no fraud was committed yet they were declared terminated by outsourcing companies at the prime of the lives of these youths.This matter need complete legal overhaul since it deprives youth from all types their future fortunes.

What my take away until 33 mints speech of SAR is first of all he restricted a vast topic to his HC, SC case. Secondly, he is mixing primary, secondary and special legislations to his convenience. Thirdly, he refers (wrongly) different jurisdictions in support his speech and mixes up the concepts of parliamentary sovereignty and judicial oversight. Fourthly, I may be wrong but judiciary also gets manipulated easily where there is no Pakistan's competition policy or any piece of legislation. I wasn't expecting that much confusion as well as manipulation at this level.
