The idea that there's magic in this place because people tricked the entity trapping them there in this artificial reality into believing people should be able to do magic by doing a bunch of tricks in front of it is hilarious and I love it.

Big agree that the game is stupidly hard on regular difficulty
I've yet to complete the game myself, but I had to switch to the narrative mode near the end of Chapter 2. Only issue is, it seems to make things a little too easy for my current level/equipment. Wish there was "middle of the ground" difficulty choice.

The more I've watched you play this game, the more it strikes me as being the next Bloodstained - a game that looks absolutely hideous but contains superb gameplay. Bloodstained is solid on its own but mods really bring everything together. Has the dev for Withering Rooms said anything about being mod friendly?

Such a unique game. A bit like Clock Tower but also not really. You definitely got me interested in buying it when it comes out proper.
