Josie is a guilty pleasure! Absolutely loved kaylee's portrayal of Dark Josie. I only wish that we get to see Dark Lizzie and a Tribrid Hope and, of course, both twins as Heretics. Josie would make a wonderful Heretic.

That way her entire coven can be reincarnated in a sense, but I truly think that Elizabeth will be the one to have a family first and become a Heretic afterwards. The twins becoming Heretics would add so much to the show. This is when their true power will surface. The show is about them and Hope basically. All 3 of them are the ones the stories revolve around directly or indirectly. So much potential. I would give them the meanest story arc for the rest of the show. Let's start a petition for me to become a writer on the show (hahahahaha).

Dark Josie wasn't more powerful than Hope, Hope loves Josie too much to hurt her. If you pay attentions all magic Hope does to Josie is either distraction or delaying. Even Josie herself said that Hope is not really fighting. Josie need dark magic to go dark, Hope already have that kinda time bomb 💣 magic inside of her ticking and if she went dark God knows what she will become.

I really hope that the next season they allow Hope to unlock her Vampire side and that she goes dark. They give Josie and Lizzie way too much attention and they use Landon as a weakness for Hope. Everyone literally underestimates her or makes fun of her until they need her help🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️

One thing I noticed about the Japanese episode was on the sword it had a writing system called Katakana. It’s a system to pronounce foreign words that don’t have a Japanese translation. That system was waaaaaaay after the samurai era......... Lil mistake but hey no ones really expecting anyone to know a lot about Japanese history.

It's annoying. The tribrid should be the most powerful creature on the planet and her witch powers get a boost due to being a firstborn Mikealson witch but I guess the writers threw the lore out the window
they never did that. however they did showcase just how powerful a gemini coven siphon can be. they’re showing more aspects of the characters because the show isn’t solely just hopes, it’s everyone’s.

Hopeisn’t a full Tribrid yet. She’s only a witch-wolf hybrid with vampire blood in her system. Josie was full of dark magic this season it kind of makes since. It's because when Josie siphoned the dark magic out of the japanese sword, the one with red words on it, and use it to lizzie bec she's the last one to touched the sword , Lizzie remembered Hope. So Josie think in conclusion that a spell from that sword can make everyone remember Hope.
The spells are in pseudo-latin. The only Japanese spell she did was the one she got from the sword, which made them remember Hope.

It was a spell that brought back people’s memories of Malivore and Sebastian was affected by Malivore so he was knocked out.
the spell wasnt about making them remeber hope. its about knocking out malivore's effect on people's memories. sebastian had also forgotten what happened to cassandra because malivore consumed the croatoan that killed her.
Honestly Josie is a siphon and Gemini witch they are known to be strong but I will say that hope always uses her magic in a defensive way she never wants to hurt her friends but we’ve seen her use dark magic with the intention to hurt someone so we know she can use stronger magic. Remember in originals when she blew up a can and killed everyone inside ? I feel like people are always telling her not to be like Klaus because she does have that dark side and Freya was her teacher and we’ve seen Freya just killed people with the snap of a finger. I just think hope posses deadly spells meant to kill. But there isn’t any reason to put Josie and hope against each other they are both bad ass plus we’ve seen Josie put the time in to study magic and like we said she’s a siphon as long as she has an endless supply of magic to siphon she can be pretty strong

I can see why you guys say that this show makes Josie seem stronger and more powerful than Hope but what you guys don’t understand is that Hope isn’t weak and no one on this show is stronger than her. She’s literally a force beyond nature, a tribrid.. technically she isn’t even supposed to exist. We’ve seen how powerful she was in The Originals when she vanished Davina and took down an entire vampire army by only screaming. I feel due to the circumstances of almost all of her family being dead and the other half not around, she’s too broken.. rather than be like her father and let her anger and hurt out on others she hides it and suppresses it thus making her look weak. I’m positive she’ll unlock her vampire side in season 3 making her more dark but I’m not sure if she’ll keep her witch abilities since she isn’t a heretic.

The third time she was so selfless and broke the sandclock to help her family to get out from the prison world before it's too late. I wanna say first off I do not watch this show at all but I do watch clips and I do read peoples comments and I want to say that majority of you do not understand growth at all, y’all are upset that dark Josie almost beat hope in that fight and you’ll have to come in the comments to say oh well hope is still more powerful, y’all must be really mad😂 I also heard that she wasn’t even a full Triad or whatever yet. This just goes to show that you don’t understand growth at all. And an example of this is Wanda Maximoff from the MCU when she first started out in age of Ultron she was not as powerful as she was in the comics because they understood that she needed to grow into her ability.
