Thanks so much! :) The posts of the bed have multiple notches in them so if you lift up the part of the bed that the mattress rests on you can move it up or down to whatever height you want. Then just make sure the corners are pushed into the posts all the way and that the bed is level and you should be good to go! A rubber mallet helps.

They were the long twin size
