THANK YOU FOR THIS VIDEO I AM WORKING ON A SIMULATION USING MATLAB TO GENERATE THE TOOLPATH IN ORDER TO BEN A METALSHEET BUT I AM HAVING SOME DIFFICULTIES WITH THE BOUNDRY CONDITIONS AND THE CHOICE OF THE PATH TO USE
Hello Sir, Thank you for thus Great explanation. One query regarding the forming operation. It is taking 150 seconds to complete this operation.. Practically will this forming complete in 150 seconds?
It's based Fusion calculation. You can clearly see how much time it will take to complete experiment in fusion 360 software at end of the tool path generation. Usually, experiment time is about more than 5 or 10 mins of total fusion time.
Thank you for such informative video. Sir, I need to consider the spindle speed of 600 rpm in the simulation but I don't know where to give this boundary condition. And additionally any amplitude should be given if required?
@@LearnwithCrazyEngineers Thank you for the reply sir, but I am really confused now after knowing that we can't define spindle speed in Abaqus software. But we are only generating x y and z cordinates from the fusion software but i am using matlab for the same. then we use excel fomulas for the adding of feedrate in the terms of time steps. In conclusion to this phrase if we are giving amplitude in terms of time and cordinates than there should be another boundary conditions and amplitude like rotational B. C.(radian or radian per sec).
@@LearnwithCrazyEngineers Sir I am verifying a simulation done for 0.91mm sheet. In the literature result SNEG is not coming in legend for the S, mises and fraction is also not -1 it is -0.906105. How can I get this in my legend. Do I need to change settings in my input file or in the result view options. Please reply sir. Thank you again.
Sir, in Fusion360 I have given the cutting tool it's parameters and followed everything exactly as it is. It says Toolpath is Empty. Please help me out
@@LearnwithCrazyEngineers Thank you Sir...🙏🙇🏻♂️ I've done the same things whatever you did in this video Sir but my operation did not run because you've taken another tool path that was rearranged i thought but i was trying to run the program through the same co-ordinates generated in Fusion 360 and it didn't run.
@@LearnwithCrazyEngineers again thank you so much Sir 🙏🙇🏻♂️... With your guidance by this video and by the replies as well I've completed my major project 😀😀
I am happy to hear that you have successfully completed your project, and thank you for mentioning it. I will make more videos to help researchers like you 💜
@@LearnwithCrazyEngineers definitely you should make more videos Sir ji... It becomes very easy to understand because of your detailed explanation 😀🙏...
I clearly explained at the start of the video. Please watch it carefully. This is like an inch by inch tutorial. Please watch it one more time and ask me if you have any doubts
You have to conduct tensile test to estimate the material properties or you can use from some research papers. I used my own test material properties. Thank You.
👍Clear cut explanation 👏
Thank you 🙂
Very Informative Video
Thank You so much
Most welcome ❤️
Great video! Thanks for shariing

We are reducing Simulation time based on mass scalling or mesh size or velocity/displacement bcs, mostly without affecting real experimental outcomes.
Thanks for the reply sir. May I know what was the runtime for this analysis?..
It was about 35 mins, I guess. Because my system had high configurations. So it's mainly depends on your system configuration.
What was the fastest way to calculate the time for each coordinate. Is there a shortcut on excel?

You have to define boundary conditions in Fusion software itself and generate tool path. You can't define spindle speed in abaqus. Thank you 😊

How did you get the stress/strain for the material
I am on my vacation now. I will make a video about it once I came back to my office. Please wait for 5 more days. Thank You 💜
@@LearnwithCrazyEngineers Thank you very much. Enjoy your vacation.
@@odeosaojo5152 i have the same question, i have tried every combination can u help if possible ?
Hlo sir how can give stepdepth of 0.5 for forming cone in dynamic explicit
First you have to design the tool path with step size 0.5mm using Fusion 360 software and then use it in Abaqus. Thank You ♥️
How can we get the tool movement data in x, y, and z directions

@@LearnwithCrazyEngineers Ok Sir 🙏
I don't have Fushion software that's why I skipped that part, I'll watch it 🙇🏻♂️🙏
Ah, fusion software is the necessary tool. Otherwise you can use CATIA to make a tool path. But fusion is free for students. You can use it.
Ok Sir I'll download it 😁🙏...
Sure ❣️
Sir How to get the data of stress , strain on excel sheet . Please guide us.
Will make video soon ♥️ Thank You ♥️
@@LearnwithCrazyEngineers sir please share that part video also.
Hi Dear, could i get the excel file with G- CODE of tool path
Hello sir can you send exel file so that i understand the calculations
Hello sir i need coordinates of Parabolic shape for spif can you provide please. How to mail you
You can easily make it in Fusion 360. Mail me at mohanaero45@gmail.com
if someone is wandering how he got strain/stress its σ = K ε^n
Are you asking about material definition or post processing?
You have to conduct tensile test to estimate the material properties or you can use from some research papers. I used my own test material properties. Thank You.
