It is the most Happy Chaos thing to be fair
The thing I love about these endings is they are radically different than the rest if the song, go over their deepest regrets, secrets and weaknesses and they go *way* passed the 2 minute mark.
Meaning the main way people hear them is while labbing out the character. In other words, while you are learning their move set, you are also learning about them at their core.
Also the parts almost always stick out, the change of tone and change of instrumental

It helps establish the tone for the final act of the song, usually by a clarity and sudden stop of the rhythm established before. Not only that it also helps lay ground work for the character's final motives and emotions. Truly an incredible way to segway into the last part of the chorus.
