Ah, so nice to see and feel you all again! Thank you so much, Mrs Kish, for creating this reunion video and doing such an elegant job of it. Happy Birthday, Kish! I hope you are OK even though you are very busy. You may recall that my husband battles terminal cancer while just keeping his company afloat (“barely hanging on”). I know you appreciate such struggles. We are older now, and his best friend has Alzheimers, so he spends time every few days with him. Our friend seems to have reached a plateau in his relentless descension, which Jim is so grateful for. My younger sister has come to live next door to me so we can look after each other and she can be near Stanford clinics and hospital here in the San Francisco Bay Area. She is much more fragile than i realized so I am honored/challenged to care for her in many ways. She’s widowed and was the head heart surgery nurse at her hospital in New Mexico. So i guess her strong soul is just slowly withdrawing now. She walks her cat on a leash 😉 throughout the lovely grounds of our apartment complex several times a day and tells me all about our neighbors, which is delightful. We have a new family from Ukraine living here with a baby; so we are glad they are safe from that relentless evil. I am so pleased Claire and all your other sweet babies are thriving. I hug you all with love and appreciation, recognizing and cherishing that your family is a blessed soothing counterpoint to the strangeness of our world lately. Take care please.
