I only wish this was twice as loud. My headphones for some reason play your videos on low volume, only have this issue with you and another awesome ASMR artist. You and her are the only ones that relax me 😭❤️ thank you for everything
I am loving these types of videos lately. I put them on while switching through other apps and just kinda listen and slowly ease into relaxing for sleep.
I’ve never actually used sage for smudging or cleansing either, but I also purchased a white sage smudge stick for the same reasons you did. It smells wonderful and it definitely gives me a sense of peace. I have no clue what I’d be doing though if I tried to use it, lol
Smudging is basically burning the smudge stick, and walking around your home/workspace, wherever you want to cleanse! I'm a witch so I go into more detail with it and do rituals with them etc, but if you're new to this sort of thing, you can simply just place it into a heatproof dish and let it burn to relax your mind and cleanse any negative energy! (And of course make sure there's plenty of ventilation) The smell can be a little harsh in my opinion and gives me headaches, so If you don't mind me recommending an alternative, give Palo Santo a go! A sweet, woody scent which really helps relax my overactive mind!
There is an ASMR artist who doesn’t make videos anymore, but she is incredible...she wipes away “dust” from everything, no matter what it is, and it’s DELIGHTFUL! Her channel is called “Calm and crafty Asmr” ... do you think you could maybe do a couple like that? You are wonderful!
