Sometimes a tiny bit might, but it comes off the next time you use the pad to stamp with. I have done this for YEARS as well as hosting classes where all the participants uses my pads to color this way, but there has never been issue with how my pads continue to work. Add the glycerin makes it a bit more wet than just using the Stella, if I noticed that there was excess, I would just dab it up!

Does the glitter from your wink pen transfer to the lid of the stamp pad and then back onto your ink next time you squeeze the pad?
