I have the Windburner system and I love it. The radiant burner works well in the cold winter mornings to make my coffee, make my breakfast, and creates a warm zone if I leave it running another minute or two it warms my hands and face.

Hey Fellman thats an rocket and an half...looks like its real toasty hot too... so maybe you would'nt need to carry an Parabolic dish heater around with you?...like that "radient" rocket could heat up the whole place and do just as good an job of that too...!!

Hi Eric, did you see the Lavvo on a mountain top camp, that was using a radiant burner to heat the whole place!

Not so far but I will be checking out your videos and playlist as I got to admit those remotes you use are certainly good. Thanks again Fellman..!

Looks like the H Sport Unlined Fjellduken you have there? The most versatile type is the Jerven Bag "Hunter" Insulated bag for UK. Good gear to keep you toasty on a break up high even if you do look like a rock.....LOL

Dave. The cloth that you said you would ultimately lose? Do i have any concerns about my son, who is now a scout?😮

I had to work that one out then Marty. Good news is, I found the cloth, so your son is safe!

One of the most expensive stoves on the market. the question is unless you are 1/2 way up mt. Everest or you spend every spare hour above the the snow line do any of us need to drop the best part of 300 quid on a gas stove.
But the big questions I have are
How long have you had the cooker ?
where and under what conditions have you used it?
did you buy the stove or was it sent to you, is your video an honest and fair representation?
Because it souns to me like this is the first and only time you have used this cooker.
you dont know how to use a jet boil other wise you wouldnt put real food i. it!

      Hi,
well under £200. Not for everyone. But you definitely dont have to be in the himalayas, you might just like this stove concept.
Used about 5 times, so just a few weeks.
You can see the conditions in this and other recent videos.
Was sent to me, that is in the description and stated in the video. It is my honest opinion, up to you to decide the rest. I show the facts of use, not emotion. But this is based on 50 years of stove use.
Yeah, but re: the jetboil, you had to have been there.
Regards first time I have used the cooker, you can see severasl uses in this video, there are other uses both shown and not shown on this video. If you dont feel like its a fair representation, that is up to you and I dont feel you are going to buy one, maybe just criticise, but thanks for watching!
This video is what it is , my use on these occasions showing the details as best as I can as an amateur, doing this in my own time.. It is entirely up to the end user whether they buy it or value my video.

Tbf the WB is not a mountaineering stove, the Reactor fills that role, this is just a better JetBoil imho, it excels in windy conditions and definitely has its place if you summit camp a lot, it’s also extremely efficient, not for everyone but it’s a fantastic piece of gear.
