    When driving a highway and you stop to pee, don't use hazard light, someone will stop and check on you. 😅

    Great video, ladies! I've been driving in 6 Canadian provinces and can confirm that each one has it's own little differences and rules. Also, winter driving is a separate subject , maybe you can make a video about it: specific provincial rules for car equipment, restrictions on mountain roads etc. Thanks again for useful content, keep it up!👍

    If you plan to drive cross-country, be sure to pack some basics incase you break down: warm layers, water, snacks, and a first aid kit. Gas stations in rural areas can be far apart, so try not to let your gas take go lower than 1/3rd.

    I feel that in Canada drivers don´t respect speed limits at all (maybe except natural parks and school zones) and they don´t pay attention much for their driving. They eat, smoke weed, reading in cell phone and that causes some unpredictible lane changes and so on. Also they get confused when something unpredictible happens, like lane-merge due to some rockfall or an accident. In Europe there is zip-system to merge two lanes into one, in Canada they need special person to control traffic.

    • @MakeThatChange
      @MakeThatChange  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Al that indeed happens! Canadians are too gentle with their training, can’t handle unexpected or sudden events we’ll - the kinds of events that require reaction, critical thinking and problem solving.

    Can you also give a video showing us how and where to buy cars and which ones are good for new comers?

    • @MakeThatChange
      @MakeThatChange  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thanks for your request. We won’t have such video coming any time soon, but we would suggest buying used cars at a dealership - this guarantees good quality and warranty on your car. As for which car is good for new comer - depends on how much you plan to drive and whether you have a family?!

    • @Desperoro
      @Desperoro 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@MakeThatChange there are provincial differences, some provinces need "safety check" some provinces have special taxes from buying car (even used - BC 12%), some not (Alberta, totally free everything). Sometimes its difficult. And you always need permanent address in Canada, when you buy a car
