    I applied for Khata Transfer through the mutation process. Initially there was a record displayed under ‘Submitted Property Status’ . After few days there is no record visible. What happened. Also went to ARO office, they are not listening or guiding properly.

      See if it is going for mutation process, it will take seven days normally
      So wait for seven days within that they will have to do it or reject for any reason

    is it the case like khata transfer will also be taken care during e aasthi? the property is still in the name of previous owner and transfer is pending. I was told, based on the sale deed, khata will be updated in new owners name. Please confirm

      eKhata is a kind of online khata data collection and proof of ownership
      So going forward to sell your property or any transaction, you will require E Khata
      Without there is no transaction going to happen in BBMP as on date

    I have got EC generated from 01-04-2004 to 14-11-2024 so Im applying for E-AASTHI now at 23-12-2024 will it be rejected ?

      No Ec is not required
      Rule is changed
      Only if you want urgent sell, if you click
      Then you will need to submit Ec
      So you can wait till last, then in future, you can think if it is required or no, then apply again if required

      Like at least one year of tax or two years of tax, you have to pay under BBMP
      Then only it is allowed, I guess

    Can I apply for EC online as I have not taken a EC since our house construction in 2014 since we will not be selling our house until our retirement or even further. One house is enough to live in Bangalore peacefully. One house for rent is enough for your retirement which acts like a pension in your old age!.

    Hi, for my case I started applying for e khatha by uploading all the documents in October. That time I did not know how to get GPS of my property so that was still in edit status. Now when i got the gps co ordinates and trying to edit it, it says the SAS application number is already submitted/approved for different application. Really not sure what to do.

      Try logging in with the same number, which you logged in before
      So that it will show pending or left out application on the left hand side
      There you can go and edit

    Well the truth is when people using the Eaasthi website at the stage of verify E-kyc there is a Server error: 405 - HTTP verb used to access this page is not allowed.

      Only if you are in urgent to sell, then worry on it or else, nothing to worry. Wait for it after three months, then you can see if it is not available then visit.
      If no need to sell, no need to worry, get it done earlier

    Mine is 600 sq ft property. While constructing the house in 2014, I had told the agent that I will built (G+2) and finalized the deal, but the agent cheated me and brought the plan for G+1 taking the agreed amount. I had to fight with him but to no avail. However, I went to the BBMP office and requested him to come to the house and make the assessment of G+2. He calculated it and I have been paying taxes since 2014 without any default. To note G+1 is duplex, G+2 is for rental. But now how to make that one floor legal according to OTS which will end on November 30, 2024. Is there any option online or do I have to go to BBMP office?

      if you ask bbmp inspector he will come and update in tax but to get approval you have to apply new plan approval for g+2 only then legally it will be A khata

    I visited this site and fetched my property details. Now i dont see any option to upload my documents. It gives me this notification/alert "The SAS number is already got approved for a different application, Please contact ARO". If i go to my pending application and proceed with my house details, even then i am not able to see any option to proceed further after fetching Tax detail. Please help here. Have written email to bbmp but no response.

      Did you use left side application number or right side Sas based
      Check once with left side .
      If not check with application number which property have added your number.
      If it’s by mistake visit bbmp office and inform to delete that application of others

      Mostly your luck if officers answer calls
      At last you have to visit office.

      First, try searching in different ways
      If you’re not able to get
      Wait, they will upload today or tomorrow
      As there are lot of off-line registers to be updated
      But if it is urgent for you, you can visit BBMP office instantly. They will update so there is an option. They can update only one page also of the registration book.

    When I click on "Get Kaveri Document Data" button, the property details are not showing up as you show in video. I don't see any pop up as well. Also, I am unable to change the property area, hence it is not allowing me to proceed. Kindly help.

      Try changing browser like firefox and enter property format
      Many times there is bbmp issues also

      Everything is online and reason to make online is to avoid scams off-line.
      If any urgency, you have to visit BBMP office
      Speak to AE and get the work done, so they will support with alternative ways
      Then you can download online

    The property tax document is correct but property not listed. Is the property listing linked with B Khata? I still dont have B Khata in my name ,

      Normally They are still loading data
      And only after khata Tax will be on your name so check you will have b khata
      Or check if surrounding houses data is loaded if yes then visit nearest bbmp office

      The draft Ekhatha is available for those having A or B khatha. You can directly apply for final Ekhatha....

    Hey everyone,
    Need help!. I have B khatha property and i am applying for e-khatha.
    I am able to fetch all the data from kaveri registration data and also i am able to verify the E-kyc, mobile no and name match result and also uploaded the location of the property Up to here it is done.
    when it comes to end "Property Classification As Per Registers" A-Khatha claim based on : selected -> 'do not have any other documents',
    Then it shows me like this, Please find below,
    I want to go for immediate sale/transfer of property, which I understand requires me to go to the jurisdictional ARO for in-person verification:
    Note: If anytime when you want to sell/transfer you will need to undergo in-person verification by jurisdictional ARO.
    If you select No, you will get final eKhata immediately.

    May i know what i can do here?, any idea?

      If all the documents matches
      And system doesn’t find issues
      Then immediately you will get
      But most of the Property are still stuck for some of the other reason
      DC conversion , Betterment charges paid, plan approval
      I think both the ways you have to visit ARO
      As in common, most of the Property are not getting immediately
      As you needed urgently for registration
      You can opt meet ARO.
      As I submitted no
      I got issues was mismatch of name
      So it is told that ARO will check the file and clear it .
      So not sure, if other case, also, they got direct E Khata download
      Are still stuck similar to me

      You can go and edit, mostly, there must be an option
      And even tax details, you can update

      You can always edit the details before you submit the application. Once application is submitted/approved, there is no option to edit the details, and I believe even ARO does not have access current ly as stated by few people. Bbmp is yet to release module for Ekhata updates

    Now BBMP has removed the mandatory requirement of EC. However because of server issue I am not able to complete the last step. So even after completing all the steps , the application status is still pending

      I am in final stage it’s asking regarding approval dc conversion betterment
      Even after uploading it’s not taking.
      I uploaded pdf it tells not pdf
      Then it’s asking for dc conversion number but no option to type lots of complication sad still stuck at last point

      Check if draft E khata is fully filled
      If it’s filled no need to fill
      If not you have to do
      Normally it’s not filled you have to do
      As there is Aadhar authentication also required

      Better try correcting BESCOM

      Per my knowledge, BESCOM and BWSSB numbers are just collected to sync up their records and these are no where displayed in final ekhata

I also noticed for my Ward (bomanhalli-singsandra) only 34000 properties uploaded so far , so there is huge gap. but if someone need to re-sale , its a big problem now for them hope govt realise this.

    I have completed at last.
    After many days, I was quite busy so today I tried again today to submit DC conversion,
    The day, when I created the video, I had last logged into that website. It was so frustrated So now today when I had done lot of things has been changed, it is become quite good like it documents immediately and DC convention number also.
    so final, it is completed

      If b khata then already it’s unapproved so no need plan

      Where your property number your survey number will be there
      Mostly, this will be in the ending of sale deed
      So below the property details, you can see East, west. north and South, so whatever is there next to that you can mention as per your sale deed
      For example if your property is 30
      East plot number 29
      West plot number 31
      North Road
      South Private Land
      Like this, it will be mentioned, please check

      I am in final stage it’s asking regarding approval dc conversion betterment
      Even after uploading it’s not taking.
      I uploaded pdf it tells not pdf
      Then it’s asking for dc conversion number but no option to type lots of complication sad still stuck at last point
