Can I apply for EC online as I have not taken a EC since our house construction in 2014 since we will not be selling our house until our retirement or even further. One house is enough to live in Bangalore peacefully. One house for rent is enough for your retirement which acts like a pension in your old age!.

While constructing the house in 2014, I had told the agent that I will built (G+2) and finalized the deal, but the agent cheated me and brought the plan for G+1 taking the agreed amount. I had to fight with him but to no avail. However, I went to the BBMP office and requested him to come to the house and make the assessment of G+2. He calculated it and I have been paying taxes since 2014 without any default. To note G+1 is duplex, G+2 is for rental. But now how to make that one floor legal according to OTS which will end on November 30, 2024. Is there any option online or do I have to go to BBMP office?

Did you use left side application number or right side Sas based Check once with left side . If not check with application number which property have added your number. If it’s by mistake visit bbmp office and inform to delete that application of others

You can always edit the details before you submit the application. Once application is submitted/approved, there is no option to edit the details, and I believe even ARO does not have access current ly as stated by few people. Bbmp is yet to release module for Ekhata updates
