@anophthalmiaLXIX if you look up Error Operator live from the Project Revolution tour 2007 on here it shows Adam using that mic durring the Murder Oh Murder part in the middle and theres a full pedal board on the drum riser and you see him flipping switches n shit while hes singing making the crazy distortion, echo, delayed effects. Ive always loved that 2nd mic Adam uses live.
Adam has always cared less about being pitch perfect and more about entertaining the crowd, which isn't at all a bad thing. Seeing Taking Back Sunday live, you don't notice the imperfections in his voice, you are completely enthralled by this cloud of hair swinging microphones at you.
And this is why he's such an incredible front man. No one realizes it now a days, but he influences the way so many of these new pop punk front men move and act.
@@Rage_Complex Funny cause I came back to this video after watching a Knuckle Punk video where the vocalists look lethargic. I've seen TBS live 12 times since 2002 and Adam really came into his own around 2005 with the "ladies and gentleman thank youuuu we are taking back sunday!" stuff. They did seem tired at Taste of Chaos 2016 but I know that's also when Eddie was kind of at his wit's end w/ drinking.
@ScottScream Yeah TRUE!!! Its just sad that they are gone but I have to admit TAYF lineup is the best they have ever had. Im looking forward to seeing a future show
i think they sped up coz they were filled with excitement due to the cooperation and participation of their fans, i mean like when you go on gigs, and like the atmosphere is intense you sometimes cant avoid the timing or the control of your hands when you're playing some instruments..... get the idea??? or point???
-.-....Im not saying eddie ruined it..he started the tempo just fine.....but youre trying to tell me... That the tempo at 0:15..Is the same as 0:20 when Mark mutilates the tempo by like twice the speed.....
what the hell are you talking about? marks a sick drummer and just about every drummer speeds up songs live. its not cuase its fun its cause it sounds better and more energetic. its warped tour not a friggin classical music festival.
I'm so excited to hear the new stuff!! With the original line up!!!!
What a perfomance! I love TBS!
Wow 2020 and this doesn't get old! You can tell how young they were Fred has "scout" down his guitar instead of "Lily"
I think it's a different guitar
@@dhan3658 it is I'm just referencing how old the video is
my bad XD
wow... i love this song... they're so crazy...
2018 ✋
Great Performance! We will miss you Fred! I saw the new backup, Matt Fazzi perform this song live it was terrible! Please return FRED!
Can't get enough, can't get enough

Well TBS, The Used, Senses Fail, and Yellowcard were on this year's Warped. It's still good

yeah, he was good. but fred is an outstanding musician.
Guess your right because when Fred first came I hated him, now i'm asking him to return!
ya... i love them though.
@ScottScream yeah too bad he got kicked out. I love lonan though so its a tough situation because i liked fazzi too. Dont know what to say about this

does anyone know what the 2nd mic he uses is? or does he hook up a pedal or something to make it have that effect
sounds like a vocoder
I think Fred has it bad ;D

This is great. You don't know good live music
??...lol.
Off time much??? lol
Still good though
Lazzara needs to practice a bit more.
The lead singer is so flat... The guitarist is so much better at singing...
He is singing in the wrong key haha? ive seen TBS twice and been much better than this. Im all for the singer getting into it but he is horrible here
