I'm not sure its her attitude as much as it is her singing. We live in an age where every artist is run through an autotune first. Every album we hear they only sing the chorus once, then its recorded and inserted into the song, which is literally constructed. Adele is old school, so when we listen to her songs she will sing the chorus slightly differently throughout the song. Add those imperfections to her amazing voice and I think thats one of the reasons she stands out among the current crop of singers. Its no secret that when she launched her new album last year everybody from Rhianna to Taylor Swift all put back their own album launch dates they were that intimidated.
