Wow, I bought it! Amazing new airplane kit Mitsubishi A6M3 Zero Type 32 in 1/48 Profi Pack Edition from Eduard. It is plastic scale model kit with inbox upgrades, like a colorized metallic photoetched parts for pilots cabin and cockpit, painting masks, decals for 5 marking options and stencils and also a lot of details rom gray and transparent plastic. How does this model compare to Tamiya / Hasegawa, I live in Japan & wondering how much Eduard could improve the zero, price is a bit high..

I have not seen this kit in person, but I do have Eduard's A6M2. In my opinion it is best Zero available in 1/48. Tamiya's recent new tool A6M5/5a (kit no. 61103) & A6M3/3a (61108) are also excellent, state of the art kits with superb detail and fit.
The older Tamiya & Hasegawa kits were very good when they were released and still build up into very nice models, but they really aren't in the same league as Eduard's/Tamiya's recent releases.

Be wary of these Eduard Decals, they have a top film, so unusual...check out YT vids to see how to best apply them. Good review. Great photography. 👍🏻
