Can we use butter instead of ghee?
If I add the kasuri methi at the time of final touch of this cooking then is that any chance , that the kasuri methi mix with hot and wet daal and it's better flavor comes out. Or should I use it at the time of cook our masala before add the tomato. Pls advice me

Adding kasuri methi in end adds better flavour according to me... Adding it during cooking evaporates some of its flavour and makes it little bitter.

Can you list what all lentils you have used here .
It has black urad daal, green moong daal, rajma little bit of chole... You can use any mix of daal... But black urad daal and green moong dal are must... It gives a nice texture and taste ❤️
