    The fact that Chad turned off his phone to avoid being tracked but didn’t tell Alex to do the same makes me think they always meant to pin it on Alex.
    Also, the fact that Chad’s phone doesn’t show up at his own house on the two particular days the kids were likely buried is likewise raising red flags for me. You would see my phone data at my house every single day if I’m not out of town or something like that. The fact that’s there’s nothing seems off in and of itself.

      Its that it didn't show up anywhere at all. It would be at a church or friends house if he left it behind. Its simply turned off the days of the murders. Criminal masterminds, these people are not.

      Could u be more specific??

    • @mellvee
      @mellvee หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@allysonh6410There are too many to list, but here are a few of the more obvious ones, off the top of my head: 1)She claimed she and her mother spontaneously opted to increase their life insurance when the insurance company came to their job during a regular workday. They worked at an elementary school. It was a Sunday. 2)She claimed she didn't know Chad was having an affair with Lori until after he was arrested. She was caught on video while Chad was sitting in the backseat of the police car in the day he was arrested, saying she had her own telephone account which she's been using to have telephone contact with Lori at her jail, and that she'd send her money since Chad no longer would be able to. 3)She said Tammi was not familiar with paint guns and had never seen or heard of her seeing or using a paint gun. Her brother, Garth, testified that Tammy DID know about paint guns, and that he'd actually seen her with paint guns in the past. When the prosecutor pressed her on this and told her that her brother said that, Emma's response was: "I don't believe my brother said that." 4)She claimed her mother was not training for a 4k race and that she was in terrible physical shape. Several other people testified that Tammy was, in fact, training for a 4k race and was in excellent physical shape. 5)She claimed her mother hasn't been to the doctor in two or three years, aside from treating an injured wrist. Tammy had a recent prescription for Prozac, for which she would have had to have been seen in the office at least every three months. Her prescription was valid and up to date when she died. 6)She claimed her father never advised her not to speak to or cooperate with police and FBI agents. She's on jail telephone recordings with Chad multiple times when he directed her to stop communicating with 'authorities'.
      I'm sure there are a ton more, but those are the ones that are certain and not up for debate.

Also, Alex didn’t have time to dig and bury JJ, Chad had already dug the hole. That hole was perfectly dug, that was done by someone who was a professional. That wasn’t a hurry job by Alex cox, I do hope the prosecutions stresses that point.

    On Tammy's school life policy, the question that needs to be asked is if the school administration allows employees to keep their life policy in force after they retire. Chad's comment that she needed to up it before she retired doesn't make sense if the policy coverage ends when she retires [can't take it with her]. In that case, her best benefit would be to max it out now in case she died before retirement. Nobody is asking that question.

      I did. It doesn't really make sense otherwise. I suppose with some of these programs, you can continue payment after you retire. I've gotten on programs through work and stayed on them when I left. (Car insurance) it was a really good deal.

    Actually it IS a shocker that Chads DNA was not on HIS tools!! Hmmmm sounds like a wipe down. One would certainly expect his DNA to be on his tools regardless of any of this. The fact that there wasn't speaks volumes. He had plenty of time to wipe them all down thoroughly. I do hope prosecutors bring this out.
