It definitely gets more gray once they are down and injured, but the cartel member specifically had an SMG next to him. Without video evidence showing him completely incapacitated you would likely not be convicted
3:42 wouldn't the guy trying to run away with the bags also be murder? He wasn't actively trying to harm anyone when he was shot.
You lowkey missed a lot of shit. Not surprised after trying to pass off an M40 (Bolt action rifle) as an NFA firearm while you missed all those suppressors and that one full auto AK. It's not even illegal to sell an M40 person to person providing there's a serial number.
Defence: but judge, he is a good guy
Judge: you're goddamn right, let him free!
Saul would bring the sentence down to 2 years probation with a $2150 fine
Oh to be 65 again, ladies and gentlemen do you remember 65? Yeah you do, if you being honest you will recall you had underdeveloped 65 years old brain.
1:42 how is that a NFA firearm? Its not short barrelled nor is it suppressed or automatic. The only thing they might get him on for that is a pretty sketchy and probably illegal private transfer, even then that would be hard to prove.
No serial number I bet
i couldn’t believe you showed your sub count and it was that low. the style and quality was amazing. i was shocked. love this keep it up
Wasn't Mike forced to lie to the police by Hector?
That's a hilarious idea. Shame you missed some and miss-interpreted some others. Still! What an amazing concept!
I tend to disagree, if he didnt shoot, they were gonna kill him, however, killing him was illegal 0:19
He planned to kill them both even if both of them ended up surviving the shootout.
Criminal named Finger:
The main thing I've learned from these videos is how seriously the law takes kidnapping. Would never have thought it was 9 years, 50% more than Mike would get for second-degree murder in this case. Watch the two clips from 6:56 and see the contrast.
It's not that they take kidnapping seriously, it's that in New Mexico second-degree murder is treated like a joke. Maximum sentence for SDM is 15 years there 🤣
I love how Mike’s head is 2’4” tall in the thumbnail
Mike have more years of sentence than Heisenberg.
