In this mv(video and lyrics), we could see that they look like they're missing someone, and that's us, twilight! They said that no matter how far we are, we would still think about each others. The mv's concept is reality and imagination world. You could see that they're separated there, but then they meet each other on the cloud. The setting also looks dreamy, right! The title itself means the time when twilight comes, 5:59, both pm and am. And actually each members got their own colors that if joined, would create twilight color. Btw!! 5:59 had 2 mv! This that you just reacted, and the second version that shows some dancing part! Go check them out!!
