"Gaston" isn't my favorite by any means, but it is interesting how that and "Mob Song" show two different sides of the villain (what he wants others and himself to think he is like vs. what he really is like). I love that you included "RAIEB", "Shiny" and "NMMNG", they are very underrated. Your top 10 is especially amazing. I think number 8 is my favorite on this list. I think Ursula and him would make a great duo. Gothel and Frollo would get perfectly along too. (I'd like to hear what you think of Pocahontas, by the way.) My favorite villain song isn’t even on your list and it’s technically a song that was cut from the Lorax. The movie was going to be a lot darker the song is called Biggering. And it’s a this Pink Floyd rock opera that explores the human condition, replaced by a tiktok song. If you haven’t checked out Biggering it’s really good. And it makes me mad because we were robbed of a good song.

You could give an honorable mention to 'Headless Horseman' by Brom Bones (AKA Bing Crosby) from 'Ichabod Crane.' Always been one of my favorites: cleverly-worded and perfectly-voiced.
Hellfire is especially good as usually if they are the focus of the scene, heroes sing "I want" songs and villains sing "I am" songs, but this is a villain singing an I want song which kinda lets u in on more about him than you want to know because he's such an awful person which is part of why it's so disturbing

Hellfire on top as it should be, you love to see it. The entire soundtrack for that movie is phenomenal (and imo it’s actually the best of all the Disney soundtracks) and Hellfire is the absolute crown jewel.
If I could recommend one, I’d say check out Biggering from the Lorax’s soundtrack. It’s a demo song that was cut and reworked into How Bad Can I Be, but Biggering is a lot darker. It’s probably on par with Hellfire since the Onceler knows he’s doing horrible things in Biggering and doesn’t care by that point.

I'm so disappointed that the live action Lion King shortened Be Prepared and generally made it sh*t. That song is a classic Disney banger and the remake dumped all over it
I don't know some of the non-Disney ones but all of the Disney movie songs plus Prince of Egypt and Anastasia are also on my villain playlist. Be Prepared from the live action film is as bloody awful as the original sung by iconic edge lord Jeremy Irons is amazing. Hellfire being #1 is BIG brain. It's so dark, so powerful, so captivating... it has to be Disney's gutsiest, boldest, most deep and disturbing musical number ever. You have this old, heavily religious man singing about falling under the trap of lust for a woman he is a RACIST against! He's literally singing about being judged by God for his desires, and yet he puts the blame on Esmeralda for being hot and a gypsy. He's fallen for a woman who he hates, yet craves because she's so beautiful. That is SICKENING. And yet it's so amazingly shocking, especially coming from Disney. There will never be a movie like Hunchback of Notre Dam, nor will there ever be a song as good as Hellfire.

You really don't have to watch Pocahontas - it is sinfully inaccurate to the point of offensiveness especially when you consider the real Pocahontas was not only not called, but the nickname (given to her by John Smith, I believe) was kind of disrespectful in its nature and also, she was a kid when she met him and he was like a grown as man and they just aged her up and gave her a historically inaccurate outfit because they wanted to make her "more attractive/hot", which was apparently something one of the people working on it just blatantly admitted to... and it... just... * *shudder* * - however, I loved both Savages and Colours of the Wind and would highly recommend that if you have yet to listen to Colours of the Wind you watch it because if you ignore the historical inaccuracies and dubiousness of it, the song itself is iconic and was very formative for me because along with other things in my life it made me have more of an appreciation for wildlife. There is also something deeply satisfying about a gal telling a guy he doesn't know sh--e... not sure what it, I just... yeah. Loved "No More Mr Nice Guy"... and in general "The Swan Princess". Also, "This Is My Idea" is also a fun song, albeit not a villain one.
Hellfire at #1 as it should tbh. Poor Unfortunate Souls and Be Prepared are among my favorites too. Love your choices!

You really don't have to watch Pocahontas - it is sinfully inaccurate to the point of offensiveness especially when you consider the real Pocahontas was not only not called, but the nickname (given to her by John Smith, I believe) was kind of disrespectful in its nature and also, she was a kid when she met him and he was like a grown as man and they just aged her up and gave her a historically inaccurate outfit because they wanted to make her "more attractive/hot", which was apparently something one of the people working on it just blatantly admitted to... and it... just... * *shudder* * - however, I loved both Savages and Colours of the Wind and would highly recommend that if you have yet to listen to Colours of the Wind you watch it because if you ignore the historical inaccuracies and dubiousness of it, the song itself is iconic and was very formative for me because along with other things in my life it made me have more of an appreciation for wildlife. There is also something deeply satisfying about a gal telling a guy he doesn't know sh--e... not sure what it, I just... yeah.
Loved "No More Mr Nice Guy"... and in general "The Swan Princess". Also, "This Is My Idea" is also a fun song, albeit not a villain one.
