I own all of these shirts except the black silk shirt. However, I just recently ordered a white silk shirt that I hope will fit me. I love my blue striped shirts!
I have a light blue shirt button down a white shirt button down and I also have mock turtlenecks basic neutral colors. I will be purchasing a black silk top
I have all of them except for the light blue shirt. I've been searching for a good quality one for ages... They always sell out before I manage to find the time for shopping.
I don’t own any of those pieces and don’t plan on adding 🤦♀️ since I’m autumn season and hour glass figured. So neither the colors nor button down shirts suit me 😢
I've been an hourglass for decades, since I was 13 years old. Button down shirts can be flattering if they have vertical darts or princess seams to fit your body, or are silk/silky, or are a thin, soft knit. Boxy starched shirts, of course, don't work. I don't think I've ever gone out of my way to find a button down shirt except when I needed a white cotton one as a food service worker in college. Outside of that, my non-silk shirts were all found through serendipity. My silk shirts were all intentional. As a retired woman, I stick now to mostly quality knit tops and I use silk scarves and jewelry for upgrading an outfit.
@@yvetteschaerer I have learned over the years not to buy my bust size but to get my waist size. Everything at bust size looks baggy and sloppy. Wear with the lower buttons fastened and a cami or in winter a neutral higher necked top underneath.
A silk shirt in almost any rich color will elevate your outfit. Royal blue, navy, ruby red, emerald green, camel, dark pink, etc. One of my favorite silk tops was golden brown and it shimmered like bronze. I felt like Cleopatra.
I love your videos they do bring elegance to so many women. However, where I live in Hernando county, Florida, everyone’s dress is very sloppy. The clothes don’t fit in right most people here are overweight. So many women have all these tattoos all over their bodies and they expose them wearing shorts and tie T-shirts and sloppy shoes and sloppy shirts. And by following your trends, I look overdressed and out of place and I don’t fit in. But that’s how I love to dress anyway. I’ve always dress that way even when it wasn’t in style. Always in moderation without looking crazy. Are use the term clean cut and reserved. What am I supposed to do move away. It’s everywhere. People look very sloppily and under dressed. No matter the color. Their weight or their age.

Every shirt gives you power and it's elegant.. It's the way you wear it..

less is more; Coco Chanel claimed it before everyone , regarding style !

@ Thanks, I’ll check the vertical darts one. Hopefully I’ll find one. Also I can’t get away with volume. Sure can size down for fitted fit

I am 56, and light blue realy doesnt compliment to my skin tone anymore, all the light colours dont do good to me

Whote shirt is so unpractical! After one wear yoy get stains amd have to treat them, they need special care and are too delicate
