The stadium walk is ridiculous. I was there twice when the stadium was being built and my drivers told me on several occasions how terrible the parking was designed for the stadium was and this confirmed it. For context.. the stadium had barely any parking. You are meant to park across an entire highway and either walk or bus your way in. It's terrible.
Mandalay Bay has two drop off areas in front of the property, an upper and lower area. The lower area.is a direct path to that waterfalls area. The upper level, you have to go into the hotel go downstairs and then back out to get to the waterfalls. Thanks for watching

Yes. Closed for car traffic open for pedestrian traffic
