Hello, in my study permit it says in observations
"can only engage in employment after the pre assessment courses are completed"

I'm waiting for my PPR for may '23 intake and i think it will take a week. My course will start on 8th may. Can i upload PPR before a day my course start.. what to do if i need some extension ??
