Cooper Rush knows he doesnt have an elite arm. He underthrew players badly and not as a deliberate strategy. Takes him a while to release the ball too. The good news is he knows that. As a result, he is a better ball manager than Dak. His first thought before he throws is "do no harm". Dak is a much better athlete and has better tools than Rush. But his weakness is ball management. Because he thinks hes on a level with Tom Brady and Josh Allen, he doesnt have doubts. He forces the ball when he shouldnt. His first thought before he throws the ball is " Brady, Allen? Hold my beer". Then gets suckered by the defense and throws into double coverage for a pick.
