پھر ہم بڑے ہو گئے اور رات کو بے سُد ہو کر بے فکری کی نیند سونے لگے اور امی بوڑھی ہو گئیں انہیں اکثر راتوں کو نیند نہیں آتی اول تو ماں اپنے بچے کے آرام میں مخل نہیں ہوتی مگر کبھی وہ یہ غلطی کر ہی دے تو عموماً بچے ماں کو انٹی ڈپریشن یا نیند کی گولی کھاکر سونے کی تلقین کرتے ہیں یا اگر وہ بیمار ہوں تو روٹین کی دوائیں وغیرہ لینے کی ہدایت کر دیتے ہیں۔
در اصل بچپن میں اور بڑھاپے میں کافی مماثلت ہے دونوں عمروں میں کسی انجانی بات پر دل مضطرب ہو جاتا ہے
مگر خوش نصیب بچوں کا یہ اضطراب انکی مائیں اپنے ہاتھوں کے لمس سے ہی دور کر دیتی ہیں اکثر کسی بات پر روتے ہوئے بچے کا سر جب ماں اپنی گود میں رکھ کر ہاتھوں کی انگلیوں سے سہلہیں
کرتی ہے تو یک دم بچہ سکون پا جاتا ہے۔ شایدہم سمجھ ہی نہیں پائے کہ ہمیشہ بے چینی کا علاج گولیاں, دوائیں نہیں ہوتیں کبھی کبھی ماؤں کو بھی ہمارے ہاتھوں کے لمس درکار ہوتے ہیں..
کبھی کبھی ان کے ناتواں جسم ہمارے مضبوط ہاتھوں سے آرام کے متلاشی ہوتے ہیں..
سوچیے ہم میں سے کتنے ایسے بچے ہیں جو راتوں کو اٹھ کر اپنے والدین کو دیکھتے ہیں کہ آیا وہ پر سکون نیند سو رہے یا بڑھاپے کی ویران راتوں میں اپنے بچپن کو,
اپنی ماں کے ہاتھوں کے لمس کو یاد کر رہے ہیں.
