My grandmother had a BIG chunk of bacon hanging in the chimney all winter.. whenever she needed some, she climbed on a chair with a big knife, and slice herselve some😅.she never heard of sell-by dates.

Just arrived home from Dumpster diving at six Aldi's. Tomorrow Saturday morning, the garbage men will be collecting trash at Aldi's. My daughters and I had a pretty good haul. I found a ladder just like daddie uses. Alot of Chicken breasts, several fruits mixed, three gallons of low fat milk.
I love all the trivia at the end of your videos recently. I'm one of those people that loves to learn something new everyday. But all I know I could have learned that same thing yesterday but forgot about it today. 😂

Hi Everyone! Stay away from strawberries from Mexico, because you could have explosive diarrhea! The Wal-Mart brand frozen strawberries is on recall. Thanks for another awesome history lesson!
That cut of bacon is what we in the UK call "Streaky Bacon", however it is not the British choice for breakfast. We use back bacon. Streaky bacon is generally reserved for the "Pigs in Blankets" at Christmas and also laid across the Turkey breast to protect the bone. I only like streaky bacon if it is done to a crisp, hate what I call floppy bacon (lightly cooked). I sometimes use it chopped up in place of lardons.
when I 1st started watching your videos, I short started dumpster diving. The 3rd time I went out, I got a case of 36 center cut bacon (case not open) just 1 day past date..... I LOVE bacon
Some shops in this UK have now taken expiration dates off milk, we are now advised to use the sniff test to see if it's ok to use 😆😆😆 apparently you can't do that with meat though because even if it smells ok there may still be bugs and/or bacteria that could be dangerous 😆😆😆 OMG they must think we're all stoopld!
I wouldn’t like that because then you have no way of knowing how long the store had it. It could be right at the edge of spoilage and would go bad in a day or two of purchase. I’ve had milk stay good for days after the sell by date. I always smell or taste to see if the milk is still good. Buttermilk stays good for quite a while after the sell by date.
Crazy crazy question why haven't you been in the dumpster just too much going on or what I don't know and like I said the end the end of your stuff you knocked it out of the park with that music and the questions and in the facts telling us stuff this is awesome nobody does this but you you're awesome

He can’t do all of that because employees may come out. He has to move pretty quickly. When he takes too long, he usually gets told to leave.

Recalls don’t go in the dumpster by law. They are sent back to the suppliers separately.
