For the Veterans that do not have an Attorney , just know its not he end of the world. Hill & Ponton told me they could not help me at this time and wished me luck, along with other firms, I won my BVA case on my own, and was back paid 215 thousand dollars, so dont give up hope even if you do not have an attorney as this gentleman says. You're not up a creek. I speak for me, and I would HIGHLY RECOMEND Hill & Ponton , always, give them a shot. but just know , if it is a NO, it's not the end of the world. My call to them was back in 2017 and 2022 , Keep up the fight no matter what.
I keep getting denied Gulf War presumptions. I noticed the DOD summary has the wrong dates on my health vet has wrong deployment VA Been denying my claim for the last 20 years!
I had 3 cancers since I left service. I have pics of me burning feces, working at the burn pits and working with EOD team to destroy explosives. In addition I was a tanker and was in charge of resupply for my platoon. One of the ARCOMs I was awarded was for being a fuel handler. My liver cancer was service connected but the skin and breast cancer was denied and it was the same C&P. They denied me for a lot of presumptive but service connected 1 cancer.
