I always start brewing my red teas at 196 degrees to bring out the sweetness. Then after a few brews, I can gradually bring up the heat. But, I didn’t not understand the name of the tea maker and I didn’t see it in the description or title. Can you let me know? Red tea (aka black tea) is my absolute favorite of all the types. Nice to have a guest for tea! Ah, I finally saw the package up close. Farmer-leaf tea. Yes!
