This market very existence is due to then municipal chairman and it's coopted councillors all Goans during the Portuguese regim, there is a marble plaque of the inaugration in the entrance of the market that has been neglected not cleaned, nor polished although same area is always painted every year,why this neglect by the municipal council, Mapusa municipal merchants who owe their existence due to this market
Isn't it the duty of this inspection committee to supervise the cabling and be present while the work is going on .. only when Shekar shows in his TH-cam channel it comes to their notice ... What a sham
