@@CADxTraining do you know how to bend a cup with square botom and round top where square is base flange and it has four side flange (rounded) I can get it in solide but not i sheet metal. I can´t get flaten patern of this solide i SolidWorks. Can you to sugest how, thank you?
@@CADxTraining Thank you for the link. But, throught the form is similar, there is not solution for the problem, because there is not solution to build the botom of the cup. Problem is to build a paper cup with square botom. It seems like a box whith square botom and round top. If i trued with square bas flange and four side flange made with lofted bend but i can´t merge them in SolidWorks and don´t get flaten patern to it. And if I try to make lofted solid and convert to sheet metal, solidWorks don´t rekognise bend lines. There is many example square to roud with one rip, but i need four rip for it. It should become like a cross when flaten and like a coffe cup when bend. It is a challenge!

If i try to build sheet metal of base flange and lofted flange, SolidWorks don´t merge flanges because them are not flate. I need both bend model and flat patern with the same part but i can only get them separate and them are not identic.
