One advantage that Lady Zhen has over other mages that i feel like players never talked about is how she can cast all her skills while moving. While it seems small, it just makes her gameplay feels a lot better, both offensively and defensively. 6:27 and 8:16 are good examples of that. I'm sure if Kyoui was using other mages, he'll be caught by Lu Bu in both moments because their skills cast animations would forced them to stand in place for a few miliseconds. However, with Lady Zhen, Kyoui was able to run without stopping and even fought back against Lu Bu
It's honestly surprisingly really strong. Her counterpart in AoV (Azzen'ka) honestly feels super weak in comparison just because of this alone. There's a lot of features Zhen has in her kit that makes her strong but honestly this is probably the biggest because Azzen'ka feels weak af because of a lack of mobility and this helps her.
Budget Elsa is such a good hero for CC magic. Like they are so many tanky heroes and she takes care of them with her passive which annoyingly freezes enemy. But the downside is she is squishy and a main target in teamfight you just need to position yourself properly to not get targeted by their damage dealer and use her (2nd skill - 1st Skill on self - 3rd skill) when you get targeted. Overall Zhen Ji is a great hero.
Zhen, Frost and Angela and making me climb pretty easily. Of the three I think I prefer Zhen. The ability to either burst or long range group cc, makes her a nice middle ground between the other two.
Started a run of games with her after the vid and she’s rly fun and like you said has a lot of sustain with her slows and two, only a gold ranked player and I didn’t find her difficult, just the portal placemat here and there
Frost and Zhen are capable of freezing enemies making them scary in teamfight I think Frost has the upper hand because her ult slows enemies while taking continuous damage then use skill 2 to freeze them and thanks to her passive gives her a shield that can deal damage when destroyed by enemy heroes.
Thanks for the explanations ❤ I planned on maining either one of them so I’m usually experimenting on them. I mainly use heino and mai shiranui but I wanted a third main as a backup for certain lineups
@@Shuragon In that case, i personally recommend Lady Zhen over Princess Frost. Zhen is just a lot more consistent at triggering her Freeze and you could play her similarly to both of your mains (as in, spamming Skill 2 nonstop for poke dmg similar to Heino's Skill 1 or Mai's Skill 2). A bit on technical side, Zhen could also cast her skills without stopping, making her skill casting and movement more "fluid" and close to Mai
