How you gonna tell me I’m not supposed to record with Autotune? That’s literally what it’s made for to record with and you do understand none of the compression is printed on these vocals ? And you do know that this is a tracking template not a mixing one right ? And you also know that I have a degree in audio so don’t try to tell me what I’m doing wrong when in reality I know I’m not doing anything wrong
1. If it sounds good, it sounds good. People don't hear numbers. 2. You can absolutely record with Autotune. It's not always a great idea to print it to the recording, but using it as monitor effect is extremely common, and absolutely fine.
@@imhaydenmelrose when recording music you can have it set to where the plugins send directly to the recording but now a days with digital recordings it doesn't save onto the recording more like a over lay and can change it at any time and it's good to record with the tune so you sing in key and don't sound all robotic I would only put the tune on after if I was going to tune word by word and the the words out of key but if you want tune on the whole song recording with the tune is the way to go bc you have yo change your voice with the tune for it to sound right

My Apollo is inactive when I record TH-cam videos because a lot people don’t use them or have them. I record at 512.
