That's something I will agree with in their favor. I counted 6 blatant holding calls on the Saints on Parsons and the DEs. Three of them were on the TD plays. That definitely contributed to the gross margin of victory.

Does anybody remember the scandal they were involved in where they were trying to hurt players on purpose? They did it to CeeDee Lamb. I watched them do it so don’t bother arguing with me because I believe my brain.

The cowboys need to come to the realization that the 5 down lineman is the permanent formation going forward. That is what they used in week 1 against the browns, so perfect it is all. Keep number 18 on the bench and rotate the other LBs and you will be fine. I also think its time to bring up Dalvin Cook and utilize that new young wideout flournoy.

2) No. 98 was worthless. This wasn't a coaching matter, someone should have called the police for that mugging. He got mauled from sideline to sideline getting wiped off the filming screen. At first I thought he was manhandled, out muscled, incompetent even but now I think he was RUNNING for his life. There is a reason so many other teams let this dude go before he got to Dallas. This guy got humiliated. I can't believe he even suited up! Any us here could at least punk out and lay down on the ground in a ball to at least slow down or make the defender stumble a little bit. A Mickey D empty burger bag will give more resistance to 747 jumbo jet rolling down the runway than this guy. Damn!
3) No. 58 is just faking it. All he wants to do is "brother-in-law" it with the opponent. He has no idea where the ball is, but my making it look like he's mixing it up, it appears he's giving effort. All he does is raise up and pretend he's scuffling, looking the opponent in the face while staying stuck-in-the-mud and making himself look tied up and engaged.
4) No. 13 didn't seem to fare too much better than 18 the few times he was out there. I don't think 18 was making a "business" decision, rather he was making a HEALTH decision and a "cleanliness" decision. His objective was twofold, he was definitely NOT going to hurt, AND wasn't going to get dirty either. He succeeded in spades in his endeavor.
5) Superman could have been in the backfield and The Boys would not have gained any yards. They simply don't scheme for it in any serious way. They hand the ball off and hope for good luck, and when it fails they say "see" it doesn't work. Back in the day Landry and Johnson used a fullback. We have one now, but don't seriously use him, he is just used to shut everybody up when they complain about the running game.

Its Buddy Johnson Time. 50 didn't loo great either. BUT...the saints OLine had some intensity. If there was a one on one matchup it quickly became 3 on 1. That is where the scheme comes in. If the our DE is over the OT and the TE and OG were not covered they attacked the single player. If a LB threatened to rush that OG could not double team. But that Saints OL dominated everyone....

The so called “best defensive player” on the team parsons who many say he should’ve gotten paid again was no where to be found. He got blocked sometimes yes at times double teamed. He got taken out of the game. It’s easy to bull rush a tackle but when the guy is coming for him, he gives up easily. Kamara 1 on 1 took him out. Parsons isn’t the guy either. He gives up as soon as he sees someone is ready for him

Be honest saints offense doubled 2 of our defensive lineman alsmisy every play therefore it’s easy to get knocked off the ball. The defensive coordinator should put more man on the line, tightened up the box and Simple went man to man. At least this way it wouldn’t of looked like we got beat down all across the board. This way we would of got beat only because of the corners. I’d rather lose that way then to lose everywhere and look overwhelmed.
