I like Rappa. There aren't many "passionate" man that likes a good fight and I always like those kinds of characters. It's because they are thrill-seekers and in life, there aren't things that give you thrills such as a fight. MMA (Mix-Martial-Art) is fun but not for most people. People don't like to get hurt or be exposed to danger. Someone like Rappa having to fight for their life is probably what gives him that thrill.
I'm just amazed this chapter confirms or helps establish a timeline for the series. Mirko seems to be a senior in high school meaning she's about 18 years old and we know she's 26 by the time of My hero Academia. Meaning this takes place 8 years before the series began.

In this story Mirko wears a tiger mask in reference to the prowrestler of the same name, but the real life Mirko Cro cop Filipović was nicknamed "the Croatian Tiger" when he first started as a kickboxer. I highly recomend you check out his highlights and read up on his backstory. He has lived an exciting life and had an awsom run in MMA and Kickboxing wining multiple tournaments like a real life anime protagonist!
Bruh Rappa is one of those villains I wanna see return as a side villain just for some action needed if the action so for in an arc feels dull and non existent
The community has been predicting a prison break arc for a while now, and I could totally see Rappa, Gentle, and La Brava helping the heroes if that comes to fruition. Stain respects Deku and might help him out as well, but I think he'd be too dangerous to keep around.

What I love about Vigilante series, is that it shows how forgiving the community and heroes are about the people who break the law using their quirks. We see people get in fights and use their quirk all the time. But long as someone isn't doing anything super dangerous or malicious they kind of just give them a stern warning and let them off, or look the other way. The rules in MHA world have always been way to strict on people if you really think about it. But at least you know they are enforced heavy handedly
