Thanks Mita for your kind words. Knowing that people like you are enjoying and learning from our videos makes it all worth while. We plan to keep adding new ones as time and circumstances permit. (My wife Sandra runs the camera and we both have fairly busy schedules) Thanks again for writing and God bless you.

Thank you so much for your video! I am a dressage rider and instructor in Israel and we lack this groundwork in our schools so much, that our horses soon become stiff and unwilling. These exercises are really helpful and make a big difference in riding and instructing!

Thank you so much for sharing that video it was very helpful for me to understand deeper teachings of Philip Karl whoshows the jaw flexions in his book. It is so good and clear to understand what you show, great job and will look forward to seeing the part ridden. Many thanks from Spain and if you are ever over the pond would love to know.

Excellent info!!!!Love hearing about relaxing the jaw and freeing the poll to work through to the body so it becomes relaxed. I too have Lisa Maxwell's video….her mentor was Jean- Claude Racinet who followed Bauchet. Thank you for your well explained videos! Keep them coming!

Thank you for this video! I've been a fan of flexions for some time and recently aquired a QH mare that is like a plank through her poll, locked in axis and atlas. I believe these flexions are going to be very important in both relaxing her jaw, poll, neck and back as well as eliminating her need to buck on canter departures. Thank you for your very precise explanation! BTW your horse shows a beautiful example of the elevation of the neck and at the withers that can be achieved.

I know this is old but how are things with your horse? I have a very siff, downhill QH mare and want to see what is possible with her

Love this. You've studied Francois Baucher's work?

    • @dalefredricks6546

My chief mentor, the late Roy Yates was greatly influenced by a French horseman named James Fillis. Fillis, though not exactly a devotee of Baucher's was influenced by him. Thanks Greg for your interest!

You mentioned that Roy Yates was your mentor. I took lessons from him when he was living in South Dakota. He was fantastic. I am assuming it is the same person. By the way, you are fantastic as well!!

Hi Helen; yep it's the same guy. I learned a lot from Roy and will always be grateful for the chance I had to learn from him. It's great to hear from you, and thanks for watching our videos!

Dale, I bought a horse 1 year back (now the horse is 2 years old) and he's spending alot of time alone....he is tame, follows us all the time, comes when called but he is nipping when close to us, when we are brushing him mostly or when we are just staying and not giving him attention..i never give him treats when it happens and try tu push him away but he always finds moments to nip or chew on my boots, etc...would really appreciate your help.....Thank you so much!
