I think one cannot think of export business till one has full foreign market knowledge, experience (practical knowledge of documentation, processes and procedures, international marketing, logistics, banking etc) of this business and investment required for starting, growing and expanding this business, because I have heard on some youtube video that sometimes export orders are too large in quantity (50 containers, 200 containers etc) that they are cancelled by the exporter. So I guess export business is not for small players (small businessman) in the market.

2. You should always start small and as per your budget
3. Take experience of 3-4 consignments and then plan further strategy

Hello Sir, Assuming it is a 20ft container, wanted to know that to fill 3400 boxes of sorted and graded lemons, how much tonnes quantity you sourced and generally for any product how much buffer qty we should have..
One container 3400 boxes * 4 kg = 13-14 Ton approx cargo jata hai. You can load upto 3600 boxes.
