How do you implement lockbox file that have discount? Like for example the line check amount does not match with invoice amount because of discount.

Lockbox has the ability to consider both earned and unearned discounts during application. So if you are talking about autocash rule for "Match Payment" it considers discounts for matching. If you can elaborate your problem, then I may suggest. Thanks.
